You can check this list[1], Inspire-sat7 seems to be OBJECT 23054AK(56211).

Just have in mind that these TLE sets are not assigned according to space-track.org, this means that the OBJECT described by these TLE sets may change. In other words, 56211 is not a definite identification for Inspire-sat7, but for now is the best to follow.
