The GNU Mailman software used to manage our mailing lists is in the process of being upgraded to address the problem with some ISP's rejecting messages. Some difficulties in this upgrade caused an outage for the last day or so. The outage is believed to be behind us, however additional configuration work still needs to be done to take advantage of the new capabilities of the upgrade and get mail to all addressees with a minimum of confusion and delay.
Thank you for your patience.
