I heard and saved PharmaSat-1 telemetry at 05:56-06:07UTC (14:56-15:07JST), 20May2009, Mel 72deg, S3, PharmaSat-1, 437.465MHz, 1200bps AFSK.
I analyzed these telemetry by 'PharmaSat-1 Telemetry Decoder' http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/pharma-1.htm

Hi Mineo,
the solar voltages are pretty high - so I assume there is a small change between the GeneSat-1 and PharmaSat-1 telemetry. I asked the guys from the PharmaSat team but got no answer till yet. Will keep you up-to-date...

Hi Mike and the group,
Yea, 46 amps on Solar 1 is a bit out of range. :)
