I've recently been seeing messages about NO-84. is this a workable FM satellite and how does one track it?
It is for PSK31, not FM.
But the PSK31 downlink is FM on 435.350 where you can hear the waterfall signals and decode them using any PSK31 software. Also the APRS downlink is FM on 145.825 too.
This spacecraft is also known as PSAT , in turn short for Parkinson
Satellite.
