Hi David Check you setup with other soundcard decoding software e.g.  MMSSTV.   ARISSat-1 tlm decoder V.4 was unstable and it use to shut itself wit the soundcard out put on my PC!! (Dell P4, OS XP). The last version V5 is so stable at least until now.   73 de Nader
