Now that I have successfully transmitted a 10m PSK31 signal to PSAT (NO-84) and have found it on the 70cm FM downlink, I feel foolish that it took me this long to figure it all out.

The antenna for 10m is a My Antennas EFHW-8010 (130 ft. wire), so it did not require a beam or anything directional:
