Is this sat still operating the psk31 mode (10mUSB up 435FM down)? I am not seeing anything, including telemetry nor my own signal.

Yes it is. They have asked not to use the APRS Packet, but I am on the PSK31 at least one pass per day.
Except for an occasional terrestrial station, I am usually alone. The FM transmitter is not on unless the satellite receives a PSK31 signal. So you will not see anything unless you or someone sends.

Thank you. I'll keep trying. I did see psk traces when it first started, but now that I built a dedicated 1/4 wave 10m ground plane, I see nothing !
