There were effectively 1500+ "new" satellites deployed simultaneously but unexpectedly. It will take Space-Track some time to determine the new orbits. CelesTrak has good information on past ASAT tests, so a good chance they will have something on this, though not immediately.

CelesTrak has created dedicated pages for the Kosmos 1408 ASAT test debris, where you can find orbital data as soon as it is available:
