I heard in English "Romeo four" on the 145.800 downlink at the 1525 utc pass here. The pass was to the East so unless I demolish the house next door I have a very poor access in that direction. Think the voice was on top of the video but could not decode video. back in 104 minutes! 73 de andy g0sfj
