Has anyone done research and found the best in shack preamp for Amateur Television on 439.250 MHz? Any performance data and source of supply would be appreciated. Thanks, Farrell Winder, W8ZCF

The best solution is to get a good GaAsFET 432 MHz preamplifier and retune them for the lowest Noise Figure to 439 MHz using a PANFI ( Precision Automatic Noise Figure Indicator ) like a widely know AILTECH mod 75
