You can check near everywhere in the world if something has been received with the Satnogs project.

https://network.satnogs.org/observations/?future=0&good=1&bad=1&...

And of course it's not limited to the ISS.

If you want to schedule an observation anywhere in the network you must share your ground station (even a not motorized one). But for a public event like ARISS contact, observations are automatically scheduled over all the network. A lot of ham ground station are already in the network.
