The Goddard Amateur Radio Club Station, WA3NAN, was heard and worked on AO-7B on 10Nov2014 at 2128utc. According to QRZ.com, this is the club station at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt MD. They were planning to upload logs to LOTW but I think this would be a QSL card you might want for your collection. 73, John K8YSE/7
If you are looking to "Work All NASA," I have also heard and worked the Marshall Space Flight Center Amateur Radio Club, WA4NZD, a couple of times on FO-29.
