We are in the process of enlisting some EU stations, and have extended the event until approximately 1330 UTC October 4th. This should allow our EU friends to participate during their morning passes of Oct 4th.
We could still use a few more stations with good L band uplinks to uplink the audio, particularly in Northern Europe. Contact me at ko4ma@amsat.org as soon as possible if interested.

That's a shame. I have spent time trying to arrange a contact with the special event station that will be active on the day on AO-51. Will scrap plans to take the station into my school. Now no possibility to have a QSO. Wish I had known this earlier.
Still, will listen and hopefully send a report.

Damned if we do, damned if we don't it seems.
SO-50 and VO-52 have passes over the UK at almost the exact same times....how about one of those satellites?
