... Is there a webpage that shows the current on/off times for HO68? The one that you link to from the satellite status page on the AMSAT website hasn't been updated since December.

Just to be absolutely clear and accurate, the AMSAT page refers us to the official page of the project. It is the HO-68 project team's non-updating that is to be "faulted," and by no means AMSAT's.

I mean, if the actual project's site isn't being maintained ... we cannot fault those who point to it.
