You power it direct from the rig without the bias-t ?
Whem you tx the pre amp the rig remove pwr from the preamps?

I have a pair and in my case they are powered right up the coax to
the rig by the IC-910H. They are very good, albeit expensive preamps, and they make a huge difference for my setup, as I have a 150 foot run of rg-8 to the antennas.
