The AMSAT Getting Started With Amateur Satellites book has this data.
I thought https://db.satnogs.org/ may have had it, but I do not see it in the GUI. Not sure if the API has any other information in it compared to the website, it has been quite a while since I played around with it.

Hi,
SatNOGS DB has a live map on every satellite for which TLEs are available. For example, CHOMPTT ground track can be viewed here[1]. Also, the TLEs are available through the SatNOGS DB API[2].
Showing the orbital parameters in the GUI has already been requested as a new feature on this issue[3].
