SPECIAL EVENT- Pope Francis visits the US September 22-27
Hello,
The special event celebrating Pope Francis’ visit to the US begins tonight night at 8:00 pm EASTERN TIME!
Listen for the special event call signs K2P , K3P, and W3P on all the amateur satellites and K2P 2M EME. For certificate and QSL information visit: PAPAL VISIT AMATEUR RADIO SPECIAL EVENT
I want to thank Jeff, KB2M, (K2P) Wayne, NM3B (W3P), Paul, N8HM (K3P) and Paul, W2HRO (K2P) 2M EME for taking part as special stations, I will also be K2P during the event.
We will use the standard satellite exchange, grid square or signal report to confirm the contact, as they say on HF, see you in the pileups!

I will be on the following passes as K3P from Washington, DC this evening and tomorrow (September 23rd UTC):
02:32Z - 02:45Z AO-73 11:10Z - 11:22Z XW-2E (or LilacSat-2, possibly) 12:45Z - 12:55Z XW-2E (or LilacSat-2, possibly) 17:08Z - 17:23Z FO-29 18:50Z - 19:09Z FO-29 20:36Z - 20:54Z FO-29 21:52Z - 22:02Z XW-2E (or LilacSat-2, possibly) 23:25Z - 23:37Z XW-2E (or LilacSat-2, possibly) 23:22Z - 23:36Z SO-50
I will not work the AO-7 Mode B passes tomorrow unless there's a request to do so, since I am supposed to be doing some work in the afternoon (teleworking as Downtown DC will be a little jammed)! See my Twitter account (@PRStoetzer) to determine whether or not I'll be working XW-2E or LilacSat-2 during the passes of the new Chinese satellites.

Just noticed that those last two passes overlap. I will work SO-50 at that time!
