I know I asked this before, but I want to be sure:
When tuning on AO-73 (or any satellite where the UPLINK is of a higher frequency than than the DOWNLINK),
Leave the downlink fixed, and adjust the uplink to compensate?
I am familiar with the One True Rule for Doppler Tuning.
I am interested in what most people DO.
Thanks!

Most people tune the uplink in that case, unless they are using full computer control and controlling both frequencies.
