Correction on LAPAN-A3/IPB: There will be no amateur payload on that satellite. Lapan-A3 /IPB it is non amateur satellite, coordinate maybe to ITU and regulation. That was another project in the Lapan series... the IARU has not coordinated Lapan A3 because, as you state, it is not operating in our bands.
