Whilst monitoring 145.825MHz FM today I received a strong cyclic buzz signal which sounded like frames of data at about 2 frames per second, not packet radio. It had all the characteristics of a satellite signal. It was over UK at 09:27 UTC. Any ideas which bird is might be? Thanks Dick G4BBH
That'll be UO-11 coming alive!
