Yes I have a multi mode 440 transceiver. Icom 471h that was part of an estate I bought years ago. I need to power it up to see if it works. Later today after my grand children leave.

Is it possible to decode digipeats and transmit digipeats to io117 without elaborate equipment such as the icom 9700 but just a dual band vhf uhf transceiver with adequate output power on uhf and a simple 440 beam or ground plane antenna all manually positioned?

What software do I need to be effective?

Hi Samuel, Is it an all mode rig? Up & downlink on Greencube is 70cm USB, and requires a good receive setup for best operating enjoyment.

I plan on getting on there again soon before it goes SK.
