D-STAR: IR0MA 145.99375MHz -1.975 Roma, Lazio IR7AZ 145.97500MHz -1.250 San Giovanni Rotondo ,
Puglia
Also these Italian repeaters using other modes: FM: IR0CK 145.8500MHz -0.600 Roma (Internet Linked) Echolink: IQ0FP 145.8875MHz Node 522 131 Packet: IK4MTK-6 145.975MHz Parma, North Italy
The IARU-R1 Sun City conference C5 committee meeting
notes say:
SC11_C5_16 – D-Star in Italy using SAT-Band
IARU R1 stresses the importance of satellite service
and band plans
also in case of the introduction of new modes. It is
recommended to
disconnect repeaters/nodes from international D-Star
network if these are
operated in contradiction to IARU-R1 band plans.
Action points:
- Write the repeater operator to remove out of
satellite segment.
- Inform the trust server operator of the IARU
bandplan breach made
by the use of the repeater. 3. Inform the government about the repeater and
request them to remove
the repeater.
Action for the chairman OE1MCU

Are AUTHORIZED by RPTR Italian Ministry Unaware IARU band plans, which are private or Members A.R.I. other associations, the A. R.I. has already taken action repeatedly but NOT ascolatata (please attach a letter from the famous 22 -03-2011 and that the only action to be do is an official protest of the IARU and the ITU in relation to the Italian Ministry of intervening directly with letters to the Editor General TROISI Dr. Francis, to the address: Directorate General Planning and management of radio spectrum - the Ministry of Economic Development Department of Telecommunications - - All att. DIRECTOR-GENERAL. At this point the only ones who can intervene directly at the IARU and ITU the Italian Ministry.
