It may be symmetrical, however the LED array is projecting photons from one plane. Could the photonic energy be a sufficient force?

To be clear, the side which has the LED's is arranged such that most of the LED's are nearest one corner. If the LED side is the trailing side of the vehicle, is it possible the force is corkscrewing the satellite forward? Any "experts"?
