Hi Jon,
Thanks fo the info.
Here in Mauritius (3B8) are eager to rx some SSTV from FRAM2 and in case possible to reach the on-board team my message is “please tx over 3B8 please”.
In all case will monitor the frequency and in case Rx something will share.

Jean,
SSTV transmissions for Fram2Ham are supposed to be regional only, for the competitors?

No tx received from FRAM2HAM just overhead now.
Hopefully in next pass if ever they will Tx over 3B8.

The TLEs are already in AMSAT's dailytle.txt (thanks Joe!): https://www.amsat.org/tle/dailytle.txt https://www.amsat.org/tle/dailytle.txt
Should anyone need to satisfy your orbital dynamics curiosity, note that the TLE set generated by USSF 18th Space Defense Squadron for object number 63427 "DRAGON Fram2" is now available via the same URL.
The pre-launch TLE estimate (object number 90000) compares very favorably with the first element set from USSF. New England Sci-Tech's http://nescitech.org/ orbital dynamics team notes that predicted time the spacecraft rises above the horizon for the next pass at their headquarters in Natick Massachusetts, USA differs by only 18 seconds between the two element sets. Hats off to SpaceX for an extremely accurate orbital injection.
