We have the 2015 AMSAT-NA Symposium Proceedings, all 436 pages, available at the AMSAT online store. Unfortunately, due to the weight of this very large proceeding, it can only be mailed in the United States. There is a limited supply and once they are gone, they are gone.

Are there any plans to sell an electronic (PDF) version that could be purchased by people who live outside the USA?
