At present, the best way to answer questions like this is to consult http://oscar.dcarr.org/, which provides reporting around the world. I note a series of 'not heard' reports, with a few reports of 'heard' over Japan in the last days of last month.

Of course, it is helpful if we add to this resource, too.

Recent emails from Mineo suggest that they are working on it and having some success.
