No, I don't see it either, and if I recall some of us let them know about coordination after the fact. Some of the groups certainly ignore or are ignorant of coordination, or the rules of the service for that matter.

Yah - I didn't see any reference to Amateur radio in the link Howie posted so you're probably right. But while checking there, I also looked for their Caerus 1U operating on 437.6 MHz, I couldn't find it on the IARU list. Did I miss it?

Geez - it's danged frustrating when we bitch about the Russians or Chinese not bothering to coordinate but to have a USA university such as USC ignore the concept of coordination of our band is just inexcusable in my opinion. I'd better stop there!
