Hi All, I wonder if 5469 km is a distance record for a QSO on AO-7.
Anybody managed anything further?.
Just worked Dan AJ9K (for the second time) in Verona Wisconsin from Frei Island Norway.
I also worked Igor UA9CS (The Urals) on the same pass so the coverage is outstanding for a LEO.

Does anyone know of a source for a 28 MHz preamp for AO-7? I found plans for one in the experimenter handbook, but the parts are a little tough to find.
Thanks,
