Whilst monitoring 145.825MHz FM today I received a strong cyclic buzz signal which sounded like frames of data at about 2 frames per second, not packet radio. It had all the characteristics of a satellite signal. It was over UK at 09:27 UTC. Any ideas which bird is might be? Dick,
It was probably UO-11. It was over the UK at that time and sounds like your description. Check with Clive, G3CWV for details.
