I agree totally! about 90% of my VO-52 passes have no one on the band. 52 is good and strong nearly all of the time, sometimes even as low as -2 degrees at aos/los.

Just worked a pass of VO-52, only two signals heard calling CQ and I was calling on CW. Plenty of room for more activity.

If you don't like the FM satellites, instead of complaining that we need more linear satellites (like I have seen suggested), HOW ABOUT USING THE ONES WE HAVE?? VO52 is an excellent satellite and it is hardly overcrowded, at least in the US. Many times there is only one or two stations on it.
