dc to antenna preamplifier through coax
I have a recollection of seeing a description of a method to insert dc through the coax to a antenna preamplifier but can't locate the article. A mind is a terrible thing to lose. If you know where I can find the article please E-Mail me at alozias@att.net . I am considering using this method for a TV antenna preamplifier.

You want what's called a "Bias Tee", or "Power Inserter". Since you'll be using this for TV, try Radio Shack. They used to carry them, but I haven't looked for on in a long time. 73, Jim KQ6EA

An article in the Pratical Wireless Feb 1987 titled as " Masthead Preamp for 144 Mhz ' I built a similar one in 90s and it worked fine. Best 73 Pop VU2POP
