I fortunately am located in a very low noise QTH, in the woods of Maine, and for the past month or so I've experimented with low horizon RS-44 and AO-7 SAT passes. These often have been maximum 1 degree passes lasting about 4 minutes. In all cases I've been able to hear my downlink. So far I've made about 12 contacts--all CW--4000 to 4500 miles distant. Please let me know if you would like to QSO me in this kind of experiment. I am especially looking for EU stations in the Balkans (ZA, Z3, 4O, E7) as well as EU and SV, for new DXCC entities.
