Thanks to everyone that responded to my message. I did look into the recommended web pages and the records do match mine. RS-15 it is and will give I´ll try to give it a "shout" to see if it responds.

Paulo et al. I tried various up link frequencies, and power levels, I also monitored the beacon while uplinking and there was no down link or any change in the beacon. It was a very interesting and fun satellite back in the day. I could work into Ja and a lot of Europe from CN87wk Seattle, Wa. 73 Bob W7LRD
