I have used VSPE (Virtual Serial Port Emulator) in the past and it works pretty well. Remembering right, it allows for sharing of the same serial port number by several devices. Be aware, that since it splits data to two different places, there can be a bit of lag that you might not experience with a single connection of the same baud rate as that 19200 data rate will have blocks of blank data to one device, while it services the other.
