Space-Track is reporting that MARSCOM (29662) was a 'Recent Satellite Decay' on May 6, 2007. It was part of the December 2006 launch off of the the STS-116 Shuttle mission along with ANDE, RAFT and FCAL. Better know by it's more commonly used name NMARS, I never heard if it's 27.9652 MHz downlink was ever successfully heard. The few times I listened I never heard peep.
