AO-51 is the only one I know of that has that capability but is currently not turned on. Review of current schedule does not show it to be turned on anytime soon. Keep reviewing schedule for any up coming annoucements for it to be activated. There is also a email request that can be submitted requesting it be scheduled.

The current schedule shows that the AO-51 Mode-S voice downlink will be turned on from the 28th to 31st of this month.

There are quite a few of us who have been waiting to test out our Mode-S receive hardware.
Out of interest I will be using a quad patch antenna into a modified 2500HG MMDS downconverter which I have successfully used with several different receivers before.
What is different this time is that I will be feeding the output into a Microwave Modules Transverter and then into a Softrock V5 and/or Softrock V7 Software Defined Radio. For the software side I will be running the latest DttSP dsp code on Linux along with the GUI front end that I have written in Java.
