The file is good. PREDICT recognizes 194 valid element sets in the file, where "valid" means proper line structure and valid checksums.

Orbitron seems to fail to do anything correctly these days.

Interesting. If you plug my link into a browser you get the list displayed. FTP access was disabled some time ago I think I recall. I guess the ftp part forces a different delivery method?

Hi Floyd,
I was able to get Orbitron to update using http://www.amsat.org/tle/current/nasabare.txt It needs the "s" removed from the URL. Check that you do not have a space at the front of the URL in Orbitron's TLE Updater. The attached screen shots show it working correctly. While you are in the TLE Updater, check that all the "Celestrak" URLs are set to "celestrak.org" NOT "celestrak.com" which was the default setting.

The problem with Orbitron is that it doesn't resolve "https" correctly. Try this address without the "s" like this: http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasabare.txt It works correctly for me.
