I have asked ARRL if there is any scholarship or materials funds available to buy some for clubs. I will see what I can do about getting some copies for your members or students!
Today I made a list, gave it to a trustworthy person, told them to randomize it, and then used an online customized dice generator (all those years of playing D&D online pay off) to give a random number. The list holder counted down from the top and the winner is:
