Possible Problems With Dragon
The launch went smoothly and the spacecraft successfully separated from the second stage. However, there appear to be difficulties with its thrusters:

Elon has been pretty candid on this issue on Twitter. His Twitter account seems to be quicker than the news services at providing updates.
