I Googled "SATHYABAMASAT" and gave up on trying to find frequency and mode info after clicking all the links on the first page of search results with no luck. Seems like all these schools want us to keep an ear out for their stuff but don't do a very good job with giving useful info. It was a quick look so maybe I did miss it, but nothing jumped out at me.
