If you follow the link for the BY70-1 satellite, the page you land on states that the uplink frequency has been changed to 145.920 MHz. Can anyone on the list confirm one or the other uplink frequencies?

I understand it is as the page says 145.920 MHz uplink and 436.200 MHz downlink. It seems the planned launch has been delayed due to weather. GNU Radio decoder for camera images from BY70-1 satellite http://destevez.net/2016/12/looking-at-by70-1-image-downlink/
