Based on N2OTO's photos, and assuming the Gondola is 6 feet high, the elements of the beam appear to me to be 8 feet on a side. That makes it a big 10 meter or CB antenna! OOPS, I see now he already figured that out. Nevermind... Bob

Some countries use 27 MHz for maritime coms.

With the cycle declining, a sailor's gotta do what a sailor's gotta do to make the QSOs whether on 11 m or otherwise ...
