There have been a couple of updates on the AMSAT-F Yahoo group.
The BPSK telemetry transmissions have been active, but the test activation of the transponder in June damaged something and reduced the power output of the main transceiver by 10 dB. The last reported power output for the main transceiver that I saw was 0.4 mW, so it would be a very weak signal.
They still hope to activate the FM transponder, but are investigating what happened and still gathering data (slowly, given the extremely weak signal) from the primary payload.
