Just received two brand new FT-817 from HRO.when one is on high power the power bargraph flashes ,when the other oNE is on high power the power bargraph is gone.verified high power with a peak reading bird with a 5 watt slug. Almost like 2 diferent firmwares . Anybody else experience this ? I did see a posting on a ft 817 users group that I am not the only one that has experienced this .thanks.jeff wb8rjy

AFAIK, high power with no bars is when the radio receives +12 Volts. Flashing bars are under that voltage, usually NiMh batteries. 73 Fernando NP4JV
