I checked when you sent your last notice about the digipeater.

The telemetry says that the digipeater is on. PACB is the callsign that has worked in the past. You might try PACSAT or PECHO.

I confirmed AO-51 PBBS ON using WiSP (PECHO-11/PECHO-12) with mode L/U (1268.700MHz/435.150MHz, 9600bps FSK). But I can't digipeat or satgate APRS via PACB-1 yet.
