I apologize for my lack of timely responses for many of you that have emailed me personally about getting WISP running on FalconSAT-3. I've been overwhelmed.
Today I scanned and posted the chapter on WISP from Gould Smith's 2005 Digital Satellite & Telemetry Guide to the FalconSAT-3 page on amsat.org. I hope it is helpful to everyone diving back into this excellent program from the past.
