On a 60 degree pass at 15:20 UTC (Aug 16) I did manage to hear myself briefly. No contacts or other's heard though.

I would have tried, but didn't expect it to be on based on reports from Europe saying it wasn't on. Oh well...another time perhaps!

EO-79 transponder not heard. Good downlink signals on the telemetry, however. Disappointing...

Same here in Australia. Excellent telemetry but no transponder :(
