XW-2E is object 40909, 2015-049L, (other IDs: XiWang 2E, Hope 2E, CAS-3E). XW-2F is object 40905, 2015-049G, (other IDs: XiWang 2F, Hope 2F, CAS-3F). LilacSat 2 is object 40908, 2015-049K, (other ID: CAS-3H).
The Long March 6 (CZ-6) third stage is now object 40913, 2015-049Q.

An update now that the satellites have separated a bit more and after some TLE sets have been moved:

TW-1B is object 40927, 2015-051C, (other IDs: TianWang 1B, NJUST-2).
TW-1A and TW-1C transmit on the same frequency, making it impossible to identify them without additional information. TW-1A and TW-1C are either object 40926, 2015-051B, or object 40928, 2015-051D.
This means that Pujian 1 is object 40925, 2015-051A. The Long March 11 (CZ-11) fourth stage is object 40929, 2015-051E.
