Is anyone getting strong signals through DO-64's transponder? I was able to only hear myself very weak for a short period of time on this morning's pass. DO-64 must not be positioned properly at this time. Mike (K9QHO) AMSAT 33589
Hi Mike, yes also for me it wasn't possible,up to now, to work DO-64 satellite with quite good signal.
This is not "easy satellite" Only some time (random)I received quite good signal from transponder, often I received only a very weak signal like you.
All this with long beam 22 elements cross yagi for 2 meters, And 38 elements cross yagi for 70 cm. both rhcp-lhcp Switch polarization.
