Does anyone have information on the down-link frequencies and power output from the Chang'3 lunar probe?
Might be fun to see if it can be received.

Space Flight101 http://www.spaceflight101.com/change-3.html says dual-frequency Ground Penetrating Radar is operating at frequencies of 500 MHz and 60 MHz.
